The record and the thesis.
Varun Sharma is a Glasgow-born British-Indian entrepreneur and the founder, CEO and CTO of NEUVIOR Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He leads the company’s direction and is product architect of PHARMORIS, a staff-facing, human-governed medicines-operations system under controlled, non-production development.
His central thesis is that medicines systems do not need more information without ownership. They need evidence that can be identified, decisions retained by authorised people and a visible record of why an action progressed, changed or stopped. PHARMORIS is the first focused expression of that thesis. It is not presented as deployed, clinically validated or NHS-endorsed.
Varun’s approach was shaped by the practical education of family business. He has written publicly about lessons from his father’s corner shop: listen closely, understand the person in front of you and make the next action clear. He has also contributed commentary on neurodivergent entrepreneurship, medicines access and accountable pharmaceutical operations to BusinessCloud, Startups Magazine, Manufacturing Chemist and PharmaTimes.
NEUVIOR Pharmaceuticals Ltd was incorporated in Scotland in August 2025. It was lead participant on two closed Innovate UK project records: PHARMORIS and VIONIX ZERO, together carrying £74,928 in recorded grant offers in the UKRI Gateway to Research. The VIONIX ZERO record relates to completed feasibility work and is not presented as an active manufacturing or trials programme. NEUVIOR’s 2025–26 NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit submission was published as “Standards met”; that publication is not an NHS endorsement or evidence of product deployment.
Varun’s current work remains concentrated in NEUVIOR and PHARMORIS. Beyond that operating core, he is developing longer-term theses across responsible intelligence, partner-led life-science discovery and extreme-environment research. VARUNÉ Intelligence and VARUNÉ Labs are described as discovery or predevelopment work. VYRONIS, AIRRÈ and CHRONOVA remain long-horizon research and venture concepts. No customer, facility, partnership, funding or regulated capability is implied by their inclusion.
