This notice covers byvarun.com, Varun Sharma’s personal public-information website. Privacy questions about the site can be sent to varun@neuvior.com.

Correspondence concerning NEUVIOR business may also be handled under NEUVIOR’s data-protection responsibilities and operational controls.

A static, no-tracking site

The site code does not build an audience profile, run behavioural analytics or set non-essential cookies.

Infrastructure providers used to deliver and protect the site may process limited technical data such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamp and security or diagnostic events. This is used for delivery, reliability and protection of the service. Those providers may retain data under their own operational and legal requirements.

The infrastructure may set a strictly necessary delivery or security cookie if that protection is enabled. It is not used by this site for advertising or cross-site audience profiling.

What the contact composer does

The contact form does not transmit information to this website. When you explicitly choose “Prepare email”, your browser asks your device to open an email draft addressed to varun@neuvior.com. You can review, change or abandon that draft before sending.

If you send the email, the information in it and ordinary email metadata are processed by your email provider and the recipient’s email infrastructure. Because the destination is a NEUVIOR address, authorised people and systems supporting Varun or NEUVIOR may process it where necessary to assess and answer the enquiry.

Please do not send confidential, clinical or special-category personal data in an initial message unless it is necessary and an appropriate route has been agreed.

Correspondence stays proportionate

Correspondence may be used to respond to your request, verify its source, take steps you have asked for, keep a proportionate professional record, protect the service and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the context, the lawful basis may be legitimate interests, steps at your request or a legal obligation.

Personal information is not sold and is not added to a marketing list through this site. It may be shared only where reasonably necessary with relevant team members, professional advisers, service providers or public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

This site itself stores no correspondence. Mailbox records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, the professional record and any applicable legal, security or evidential need.
